As a realtor I have helped many people buy or sell their bay area home.  As an investor, I have experience in buying and selling distressed real estate, such as foreclosures and fixer-upper houses, and I've done this using creative financing techniques such as wrap-around mortgages, lease options and purchasing homes "subject to" existing financing.

My favorite thing, is to give first time home buyers the keys to their first home. Well,  that and fly fishing.
